Hello and welcome.

I'm so pleased you're here.

I'm Jemima, an integrative psychotherapist specialising in work with adolescents and young adults, particularly those in the midst of that often complex and quietly demanding transition into adulthood and a fuller sense of self.

In my practice, I support young people who may be feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break, experiencing difficulties in relationships, or wanting to reconnect with a more authentic sense of themselves. I find that much of what brings people to me sits around questions of identity, belonging, and how to move forward when their day to day feels uncertain or overwhelming.

Together, we can begin to make sense of the experiences that have shaped you, and how these may be showing up in your current thoughts, feelings and relationships. My approach is relational and reflective, bringing genuine warmth and curiosity to the work, where sessions often have a quality of slowing down, of what was once unclear being brought to light and beginning to settle, at your own pace, without judgement.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to shape therapy around you… your experiences, your needs, and what would feel most helpful for where you are now.

Having grown up across the United Arab Emirates, Asia, Australia, America and Europe, I bring a multicultural lens to my work and a deep appreciation for both individuality and our shared human experience. These experiences have shaped me into the therapist I am as someone who meets each person with genuine openness and care.

If something here resonates, I'd be so pleased to hear from you. Taking that first step can feel significant, and you will be met with gentleness and care.

I look forward to meeting you.

Warmly,

Jemima
