Hello and welcome. I’m so pleased you are here.
I am an integrative psychotherapist working with adults, as well as adolescents and young people navigating life’s challenges. In my practice, I support individuals who may be feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break, experiencing difficulties in relationships, or wanting to reconnect with a more authentic sense of themselves.
Together, we can begin to make sense of the experiences that have shaped you, and how these may be showing up in your current thoughts, feelings and relationships. Therapy offers a space to explore this at your own pace, with curiosity and care.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to shape therapy around you… your experiences, your needs, and what would feel most helpful for where you are now.
Having grown up across the United Arab Emirates, Asia, Australia, America, and Europe, I bring a multicultural lens to my work and a deep appreciation for both individuality and our shared human experience. These values are at the heart of how I work with curiosity, openness and care.
If something here resonates, please know that I’m here to support you in developing greater self-awareness, working through whatever may feel stuck, and moving towards meaningful, lasting change.
I look forward to meeting you.
Warmly,
Jemima Pearson
