Meet Jemima

I’m Jemima, an integrative psychotherapist specialising in working with adolescents and young adults.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to explore your experiences openly.

Sometimes we know something isn't working, yet we find ourselves struggling to cope from repeating the same patterns in our relationships, thoughts or emotions. Together, we'll explore where these patterns came from, what purpose they've served, and how greater understanding can create lasting change.

Together, we can begin to explore the experiences that have shaped you and how these may be influencing your thoughts, feelings and relationships today.

My Background

A multicultural perspective

Having grown up across the United Arab Emirates, Asia, Australia, America and Europe, my experiences have shaped both the person and therapist I am today.

Moving between different cultures and environments gave me an early appreciation of the many different ways people experience the world, as well as the importance of identity, belonging and feeling understood.

I bring this multicultural perspective to my work, while recognising that every individual's experience is unique. My practice is open and inclusive and I welcome people from all backgrounds.
